At DNYA Stainless Steel, we offer premium-quality 310H Stainless Steel Sheets & Plates, engineered to withstand extreme heat, thermal cycling, and oxidation in the most demanding environments. As a high-carbon version of standard 310 stainless steel, 310H (UNS S31009) delivers enhanced strength, creep resistance, and structural stability under prolonged high-temperature exposure.
Trusted across industries such as refineries, power plants, petrochemical facilities, and heat treatment equipment, 310H stainless steel offers dependable performance where conventional stainless grades fail.
310H stainless steel is a high-carbon austenitic stainless steel, specifically designed for elevated temperature service. It contains the same high levels of chromium (24–26%) and nickel (19–22%) as standard 310, but with a higher carbon content (≥ 0.04%) to provide superior creep strength and thermal stability in pressure vessel and structural applications.
Ideal for service in oxidizing atmospheres up to 1100°C (2012°F), 310H maintains its integrity in high-stress, high-heat, and aggressive gas environments, making it a top choice for pressure-retaining and long-duration thermal applications.
Enhanced High-Temperature Strength
Maintains mechanical strength at temperatures beyond 1000°C.
Excellent Oxidation and Scaling Resistance
Resists spalling and corrosion in oxidizing atmospheres.
Superior Creep Resistance
High carbon content ensures better performance under thermal stress.
Non-Magnetic in Annealed Condition
Becomes slightly magnetic after cold work.
Good Formability and Weldability
Suitable for most conventional fabrication techniques.
Conforms to ASTM A240 / ASME SA240
Approved for use in pressure vessels and heat exchangers.
